Your reservation is confirmed upon the payment of 3,300 US $ for 3 hour consultation in case of office visit consultation.  

Payment is to be made by a credit card, cash, or wire transfer.

[Advance Payment for Consultation at the Place of Your Choice]

Your reservation is confirmed upon the payment of 11,000 US $ for basic consultation for 8 hour consultation, the expense of two-way transportation and accommodation, and the expense of two-way transportation and accommodation for the interpreter when applicable. 

Payment is to be made by wire transfer. The receipt is issued upon confirmation of payment.
