[Refund policy & how to get refund]

Please, make sure that you carefully read the refund policy and how to get refund to prevent future problems with regard to the expense and payment. 

또You will be guided on the agreement on the terms of refund before confirmation of reservation of the consultation. It is considered that you have agreed on the terms of refund upon the payment of expense of reservation. 




Refund policy in case of change or cancellation of schedule of consultation or not taking consultation without advance notice 

is as follows. 



 

[Refund Policy]

 

1. Change of the date and time after making payment of reservation fee

 1) Change before 2 weeks of consultation

 - No additional expense charged

 2) Change before 1 week of consultation 

 - 10 % of reservation fee charged

 3) Change before 3 days of consultation 

 - 30 % of reservation fee charged 

 4) Change on the day of consultation

 - 50 % of reservation fee charged 

 

2. Cancellation of reservation or not taking consultation without advance notice 

 1) Cancellation within 3 days of payment of reservation fee

 - Refund of the amount after deducting the process fees. 

 - Process Fees Credit card feeTax settlement feeremittance charge (when applicable)

 2)  Cancellation before 2 weeks of consultation 

 - 90 % of reservation fee refunded

 3) Cancellation before 1 week of consultation 

 - 70 % of reservation fee refunded 

 4) Cancellation before 3 days of consultation 

 - 50 % of reservation fee refunded 

 5) Cancellation on the day of consultation 

 - 30 % of reservation fee refunded  

 6) Not showing at the place of consultation without advance notice (1 hour after the time of appointment)

 - No refund available

 


[How to get refund]

 

1. Payment by cash or wire transfer

 1) Please, request for refund via e-mail.

 - Please, send the information on the account for receiving refund via e-mail. 

 - Only the person who made the payment may request for refund. You may be asked to identify yourself.  

 - The person who made the reservation and the person who made the payment are different, only the person who made the reservation may request for refund and       the information on the person who made the payment must be provided including the account information.

 2)  The applicant of the refund will be notified via  e-mail when the amount of refund is confirmed. 

 3) The amount of refund will be sent to the provided account within 2 weeks of request after confirming the information described in 1).

 

2. Payment by credit or debit card

 1) Please, request for refund via e-mail.

 - Please, send the information on the account for receiving refund via e-mail. 

 - Only the person who made the payment may request for refund. You may be asked to identify yourself. 

The person who made the reservation and the person who made the payment are different, only the person who made the reservation may request for refund and       the information on the person who made the payment must be provided including the account information. 

 2) Different refund procedure may be applied depending on the area of your location, in which case an adequate refund procedure 

   can be arranged to fit the policy of the credit or debit card institution by which your card is issued. 

 - You may have to visit KIP Seoul office in some cases for canceling the payment and receiving refund. 

   You must being the card you used for payment and the card slip.

 3)  The applicant of the refund will be notified via  e-mail when the amount of refund is confirmed. 

 3) The amount of refund will be sent to the provided account within 2 weeks of request after confirming the information described in 1).
